چکیده

The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is recognised as one of the most commonly applied methods in multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) literature. In AHP, encompassing uncertainty feature necessitates using suitable theories, since dealing efficiently with subjective judgements great importance real-world problems. neutrosophic set (NS) theory and grey systems are two reliable theories which can bring considerable benefits to uncertain decision-making. aim this study improve by incorporating advantages NS AHP investigating sustainability through agility readiness evaluation large manufacturing plants. This pioneers a combined neutrosophic-grey (NG-AHP) method for modelling. applicability hybrid NG-AHP shown an illustrative real-case evaluations Iranian steel industry. computational results indicate effectiveness proposed adequately capturing decision makers. addition, verify significance research group under uncertainty. practical outcome reveals that, become more sustainable agile producer case country, they should first focus on “organisation management agility” significant criterion assessment followed “manufacturing agility,” “product design “integration information system,” “partnership formation capability,” respectively.

Decision making with the analytic hierarchy process

Decisions involve many intangibles that need to be traded off. To do that, they have to be measured along side tangibles whose measurements must also be evaluated as to, how well, they serve the objectives of the decision maker. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a theory of measurement through pairwise comparisons and relies on the judgements of experts to derive priority scales. It is th...

Decision Making with Uncertain Judgments: A Stochastic Formulation of the Analytic Hierarchy Process

In the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), priorities are derived via a deterministic method, the eigenvalue decomposition. However, judgments may be subject to error. A stochastic characterization of the pairwise comparison judgment task is provided and statistical models are introduced for deriving the underlying priorities. Specifically, a weighted hierarchical multinomial logit model is used ...

A Hybrid Multi-attribute Group Decision Making Method Based on Grey Linguistic 2-tuple

Because of the complexity of decision-making environment, the uncertainty of fuzziness and the uncertainty of grey maybe coexist in the problems of multi-attribute group decision making. In this paper, we study the problems of multi-attribute group decision making with hybrid grey attribute data (the precise values, interval numbers and linguistic fuzzy variables coexist, and each attribute val...

Group decision makers making process - an analytic hierarchy approach

The paper deals with a step-wise analytic hierarchy process (AHP) applied by a group of decision makers wherein nobody has a dominant position and it is unlikely to come to terms with respect to either the weights of different objectives or expected utilities of different alternatives. One of the AHP outcomes, that is the consistency index is computed for each decision maker, for all other deci...

Robust decision making using Data Envelopment Analytic Hierarchy Process

-Need of robust multi criteria decision making techniques are becoming essential in day today life for decision makers to make appropriate decisions. This paper attempts to explore robustness through rank reversal properties of the Data Envelopment Analytic Hierarchy Process (DEAHP) in decision making. DEAHP uses the principles of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to generate the local weights of...
